AJ was prompt with the initial quote and immediately provided us with support after we had to reschedule. He was very responsive and followed-up with confirmation a day before our scheduled pick-up and drop-off. I booked a last minute pick up with them and they were amazing. Timely and professional. The vehicle was new and clean as well.
When our flight got cancelled (from Toronto to London) at the last minute we were unsure how we would get home. GTA Black Car Service (Ali) to the rescue. Ali was prompt and patient as Pearson staff took longer than necessary to figure out covid requirements. In the end it was the same price but so much more convenient to drive!
