Horrible place customer service is shit
I own 3 old Subaru cars and GTA has helped identify and fix multiple issues on my 2017 and 2012 Outback; they correctly diagnose the issue and repair at a reasonable price; they fixed the brakes on my 2020 Forester ; there is no upselling and the job is always done in a timely manner. I would recommend this repair shop.
I trust this Automotive location. The first time I went was 6 months ago my Jeep was leaking oil. They found the issue, ordered the part and it was a reasonable price. After it was mis-diagnosed by a neighboring company sharing the same lot. When I returned again with a different problem (they haven't seen before) they found the part, after searching the Chicagoland Area. I've Been coming to this place for about 4 years and disregarded the lack of communication with the fact they usual do things for cheaper price. The saying you pay for what you get is true. My daughter had a appointment for a catalytic converter. She was told to drop the car of Wednesday at 8am and that the car would be ready next day. My daughter called the next day in the am and the guy who usually answers the phone stated the car would be ready for pick up between 3 to 4.
