These guys do a good job installing aftermarket head units. The units they sell itself seem to be good quality. It was easy to get an appointment and the install happened promptly. I had asked for a 4GB RAM 32GB storage unit but what was installed was a 2GB - 32GB unit. The technician who did the install wasn’t informed of my ask and offered to change immediately on the day of but I had to head back due to schedule (Sat). Ordered online and received a poor quality, cheaply made head unit. Despite numerous attempts, they would not let me return it (even though their returns policy says I am able to), wouldn’t answer my calls or texts. Have had to take a loss of $600. Very unprofessional. Total scam. Please spend your money elsewhere everyone.
Well they fit Apple car play 4 months ago was working perfectly but suddenly the screen went black and went to them, the guy fixed it but charged me which is fair enough but don’t know if it was Apple car play fault or My car’s Fault. But New apple car play supposed to work more than 4 months i guess. Thank you!
Do not order online. Do not pay for express delivery. Not only will you not receive your product on time, you also might not receive it at all. Received notification the day after purchase that the package was sent. Contacted the courier almost a week later, and they informed me they never actually received the package. PayPal dispute lodged. They will also not respond to communication attempts. They are either scammers, or completely useless.
