These guys do a good job installing aftermarket head units. The units they sell itself seem to be good quality. It was easy to get an appointment and the install happened promptly. I had asked for a 4GB RAM 32GB storage unit but what was installed was a 2GB - 32GB unit. The technician who did the install wasn’t informed of my ask and offered to change immediately on the day of but I had to head back due to schedule (Sat). DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS !!!!!! They sent me broken wiring harnesses And when I rang them to organise replacement repeatedly just hung up on me and wouldn’t answer my calls refusing to offer a refund ignoring emails
Will change review if GT-Zone steps up to the plate and experience changes but at the moment could not be more disappointed. Had to follow up to get the original unit shipped, a week after placing my order. That day is miraculously gets shipped. Unit arrived and have been informed the unit isn't faulty but the wiring is. Was confirmed a replacement harness would be sent express immediately, a week later, another follow up only to find it hasn't been shipped. I don't think this is living up to the expectations.
Took my wife’s Mercedes A-Class in to get the head unit replaced today. The team was super professional, and everything works perfectly no weird surprises! The price was also very reasonable (which means my wife won’t be too mad at me). Really appreciate their great work. If you’re thinking about getting something done to your car, this is the place to go!
The staff was incredibly helpful! I made a last minute booking for the same day, and they still managed to get the job done and have my car ready by the end of the day. The screen is BIG and looks amazing, and the system runs super smooth!
