Purchased head unit and microphone. Had some teething issues, would be handy to be provided more information on installation/instructions. However, all issues were sorted through prompt communication, good customer service and videos provided to be able to sort myself. Now works how it should. (2010 Mitsubishi Outlander)
These guys do a good job installing aftermarket head units. The units they sell itself seem to be good quality. It was easy to get an appointment and the install happened promptly. I had asked for a 4GB RAM 32GB storage unit but what was installed was a 2GB - 32GB unit. The technician who did the install wasn’t informed of my ask and offered to change immediately on the day of but I had to head back due to schedule (Sat). Well they fit Apple car play 4 months ago was working perfectly but suddenly the screen went black and went to them, the guy fixed it but charged me which is fair enough but don’t know if it was Apple car play fault or My car’s Fault. But New apple car play supposed to work more than 4 months i guess. Thank you!
Worst experience. Poor communication and bad service. These guys will take your money and not tell you a single thing about what they’re doing for you or to your car. I came having already done research and emailing them about the right unit for my car. They told me what model to get, I called to confirm they had it in stock and could install that day.
