The staff was incredibly helpful! I made a last minute booking for the same day, and they still managed to get the job done and have my car ready by the end of the day. The screen is BIG and looks amazing, and the system runs super smooth!
This is my second time purchasing from GTZONE, and I couldn't be happier! I bought a unit for my last car Subaru WRX and was so impressed that I came back for my Honda CR-V. Their service is top-notch—super helpful and patient in explaining everything thoroughly. The installation was smooth, and the unit works perfectly. Highly recommend these guys!
Great experience, shipped quickly and customer service is amazing. Had an issue with an adaptor and got a reply promptly. Went in person and they were super nice helping me through it all. Would recommend.
Friendly, good units but I had some trouble with mine and had to drive back up to have it sorted. They replaced the whole thing and it's working fine now. Teething problems at the start, but worked out so much cheaper than competitors for same quality unit. Looks and works so good after Mercedes wanted thousands to upgrade the factory one.
Incredible service! All staff were exceptionally helpful. My Subaru head unit was installed a week ago and I had questions on its functions a week later. They were more than accomodating to fit me in the following weekend again to help me out, assist with improving phone call, fixing minor bugs specific to my car model and overall sound system quality…all free of additional charge. Would highly recommend!
