So far, so good. The unit was shipped to Perth pretty quickly and overall the experience was fairly straightforward. I’d recommend looking up YouTube videos for your specific vehicle before removing the head unit, as they don’t have guides for every model. It would definitely help if there were clearer instructions included in the box, but once you go onto the GTZone website, the install videos and information are there. Fast - quick install. Cheaper than buying new car in these uncertain times when too early to commit to all electric! . $100 install worth it. Ky the technician most helpful. Quickly showed us how to get Apple play working. All works beautifully. Highly recommend. 3 year warranty. Good blog but would have liked better demo. Will report if any difficulties and how good service provided.
These guys do a good job installing aftermarket head units. The units they sell itself seem to be good quality. It was easy to get an appointment and the install happened promptly. I had asked for a 4GB RAM 32GB storage unit but what was installed was a 2GB - 32GB unit. The technician who did the install wasn’t informed of my ask and offered to change immediately on the day of but I had to head back due to schedule (Sat). BUYER BEWARE. SCAMMERS. If only there were an option for zero stars. Ordered the product and received a tracking number the next day. Kept checking the tracking and nothing had changed and the item had still not been received by the shipping company. I had the Apple CarPlay installed today into my 2006 Toyota Corolla. Great service, friendly ,affordable and efficient. Love my new CarPlay, such a huge improvement on my old car. Highly recommend this shop and business.
