I tried cross fit but that led to some joint injuries, then rec center but didn't push myself. Tried this group workout and love it. Outstanding weight instruction, cardio, agility, strength training. First month my pullups were like 3 after month six I was up to 10 x 6 = 60 pretty good. I cannot say enough good things about Anthony Gary and GT Sports Performance. He trains both of my children and we have seen growth in their athleticism and body control. He is extremely knowledgable, skilled, and most importantly, an exceptional motivator and rapport builder with kids. They respect him, listen to him, and buy into his message. If you are looking to improve your physical fitness or looking for a trainer with a program that actually works for your kids-- GT Sports Performance is where its at!
