I had an awful experience dealing with GT Sports Brokers. When I called to ask some basic questions about their services, the person on the phone was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of helping me understand the process, they spoke over me and made me feel like I was bothering them.Their tone was downright hostile — completely unprofessional for a business that supposedly deals with customers every day.
