Terrible customer service!!!! Needed a hot tub removed. Made appointment. No show. Made another appointment, showed up late, could not remove Spa and made appointment for next day. No show. another appointment NO SHOW. Phone not being answered. Now a week later....still no response to phone message, or email. At least we did not pay ahead of time!
Brandan showed up for the first appointment to remove a hot tub. He said he needed to go and make a frame to remove it. We set up an appointment for the next morning to remove it and never heard another word from him. Called him several times and never called back. Anyone who knows customers service could at least call back. If a company cannot even do that they are not worth using. I know that the company will be changing names if it has not already to Hubs Tubes and Pools. So save yourself the trouble and do not use them. ... read more
Our pool was installed last year and we have been delightedly satisfied by the care and attentiveness of the folks at GT Spas.
