Having 1 customer ahead of me, but 50 minutes without any communication is unacceptable. It’s clear this shop simply doesn’t value its customers’ time. If you’re looking for a barbershop that respects your schedule, this is not the place. I won’t be coming back—and I suggest others think twice before wasting their time here too.
