Not informed correctly of treatment plan prior to procedure. Quote at beginning was 15k to be half way through and be forced to pay another 9k. All without warning or proper consent. Left the surgery with IV cannula in
I had to visit here whilst in extreme pain. Dr George was amazing and had an amazing bedside manner. He was able to refer me onto another specialist and got the problem resolved. He was very honest about the problem and costing. Will be back to see him soon to have the first issue addressed.
Professionalism with a Smile! I’ve had a wonderful experience getting prepared for implants here. Dr. George Tsai is always happy and funny, which makes every appointment something to look forward to rather than dread. He has been incredibly helpful in navigating my dental health alongside my Type 1 diabetes, providing advice that goes above and beyond. The office is clean, the staff is top-notch, and the care is second to none. Five stars!
I would like to make clear I am more than happy with dental care I have received from the periodontists. The same cannot be said for the reception team. I put my hand up that despite a text message from the practice 6 days out, I did not remember the appointment on the day as my phone was playing up which has since been replaced.
