I used GT ON TIME RIDE for the first time today. I needed to arrange a pickup from a hospital on very short notice. The hospital required that the driver be available for me when I was released and be accessible cell phone. GT helped me to arrange all of this very quickly. It is unusual to get efficient and responsive service like this, but GT was able to do it. They provided everything I needed.
