The service dept in Freehold location, will try to do un authorized work to pad bills, dropped machine off no employees just a mechanic. Told them ongoing sensor problem that they had told me to ignore is flashing red and still annoying. They changed accelerator pedal non related not approved, changed hydraulic oil and filter it was just done less than 1 hour before and hit us with 2000 dollar bill. I have heard from many other people haveing similar problems. Paid it but, willl be taking actions starting with this post.

Worst costumer service ive seen in years neither of the gentleman at the parts counter know what they are doing. Call in for parts NO CALL BACK.. I get it people come in but they have a computer right in front of but feel the need to call you back. Do yourself a favor and take the drive to go to EAGLE POWER in Delaware. Tony is your man and KNOWS what he’s doing.
