I have tried to love this place and tried hard over 2 years, from a crazy encounter by one of the so-called owners to an array of boat problems. I have weathered many issues from 2 boats. One huge point is the apparent lack of any communication internally. I see the Sarasota location trying to do things right but their up line needs serious lessons in customer service. Did a terrible job detailing a boat i was looking at, charged me for the detailing (my kid could have done better, still had compound all over it, etc.) And then i brought it right bavk and said, the boats not leaving and i would like a refund. Russ is cool, but whoever makes the decisions here is SHADY. Charging me for a boat that they said "checked out" had bad compression, excess hours, etc. LIES

I met the Sarasota salesman at the show and dropped off my boat just before Christmas 2017 at the Clearwater store after being told that they’d ask $100k, take $95k, charge me a 5% and sell in 30 days.
