I had been receiving therapy through this provider and had a positive experience with my therapist, who was supportive and helpful. However, my experience today was extremely disappointing. Edit: They over billed Medicare. Avoid. Fraud suspected. Ms. Thompson and her team are professional, compassionate and really great at providing needed resources for their clients. Very happy with services received and I’m looking forward to what the future can hold.

I am utterly disappointed in the service I received at GT Healthcare. My first call, which cost nearly $300 was a 15 minute intro call where nothing was covered outside of what could be learned on GT Healthcare’s website. To make matters worse, I was charged FOUR times for this call- I had to follow up repeatedly to ask for my money back on these fraudulent charges. Completely unprofessional and I would avoid at all costs if you are paying out of pocket or want to receive attentive care.

MD was attentive and actually cared about my overall health. I would highly recommend for all your psychiatric and health related issues.
