Great experience. Brought my 5 year old curly haired daughter in for her first real hair cut. She taught me how to style and care for my daughters hair. She even makes her own hair products. Very knowledgeable and welcoming. Thanks for your help :)
I almost never write reviews — good or bad — but this experience was so disappointing that I felt compelled to warn others. When I first consulted with this stylist, I was very clear about the hairstyle I wanted. She assured me multiple times that she could achieve it before taking payment. After she ordered the system, shaved my head, and installed it, she then told me that the style I requested wasn’t actually possible with the system she ordered.
