Great service, both my children have the Jett bicycle the price was great and the staff set up the bikes perfectly for my kids.
Was in for a MTB fitting and Kip blew my socks off (literally… well I had to take them off for the fitting). McLains is set up for a complete digital fit, and Kip spent extraordinary time and effort systematically fitting my bike to me. I really appreciated how he explained the theory and it was interesting watching how the various measurements taken (in real time) changed as the figment progressed. I highly recommended McLains, and I really appreciate their knowledgeable and trustworthy staff.
