We took our six year old here to buy him a new bike today and had a great experience, we were able to get exactly what we wanted at a very good price and the employees were all really kind and helpful. Definitely check this place out.
This shape was the original McLain’s who was bought out. Recently took my specialized bike there for service from the original McLain’s who messed the components up. Found the specialized mechanic clueless and didn’t even check for iOS updates in the components! Very nasty and received a bill just the items I bought dry lube and chain degreaser. McClains - Prepare to be upsold on every item. I can respect one or two small attempts at making a sale or offering alternatives. Not at every option and point of the sale. I bought a $3200 eMTB and then started the add-ons... Store - "You should get these $200 carbon bars." Me - Went with the alloy bike. I'll stay with the alloy bars.
