The work done was great and the customer service was refreshingly fantastic. They handled every detail on their end. Highly recommend.
They were the highest estimate, but the most convenient and the first ones you could get me in. They told me I'd be ready by Friday friday at 4 o'clock I called them knowing that they closed at 5 and they said that it would not be ready until Monday afternoon. Special thanks to front end staff Kalie, Vanessa, and Trevor, for his thorough evaluation of the vehicle damage. Special praise to the folks in the shop as well. 1 week ago I called around looking for a company to do repairs for my ICBC claims. I decided to go with Craftman Collision. The main reason I chose them was the speed in which they could get my estimate done, and at the time I was told it would only take a week to get the parts in then get in for repairs. I brought my vehicle in this morning and got the estimate done, only to be told afterwards that because of lack of staff and the way ICBC is with Animal hit claims, the 1 week timeline I was told will look more like 3 weeks... read more
