1 week ago I called around looking for a company to do repairs for my ICBC claims. I decided to go with Craftman Collision. The main reason I chose them was the speed in which they could get my estimate done, and at the time I was told it would only take a week to get the parts in then get in for repairs. I brought my vehicle in this morning and got the estimate done, only to be told afterwards that because of lack of staff and the way ICBC is with Animal hit claims, the 1 week timeline I was told will look more like 3 weeks... read more
Did a fantastic job on my front end. Easy to deal with, polite, honest and professional. Just wish I had the same experience at a locally owned competitor that played me and did “extra” work that was unnecessary. Lesson learnt. Thanks guys!

I had my 2022 Nissan Frontier repaired here. The staff there were very friendly and took care all my needs, including a vehicle to drive while it was repaired. I was amazed at the job they did...cleaned inside and out...looked brand new. If you need work done there, I highly recommend their professional staff....A+++++ FIVE STAR ALL THE WAY
