Wonderful place service outstanding. Could not be happier with our experience Ben was so helpful and gave us excellent customer service.
GT Carts did a service turnaround on my golf cart in a single day during one of the busiest weeks of the year (4th of July week). It was completely unexpected that they got the work done that quickly, but from start to finish the communication and customer service was top notch. Glad I bought my cart from these guys!!
Great people and service to the cart was top notch !
We went there, 40+miles from home, to buy specific golf cart batteries. They did not have them in stock. However, one of their people was in Indianapolis picking batteries up. The owner contacted him, told him where we live, and had him drop off the ones we needed to a drop off location we provided. The owner was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We would not hesitate to shop there again or to recommend GT Carts to our friends.
