Great service. Great repair. Good communication. Strong relationship with my insurance company which made the transaction easy.
The final repair on my vehicle looks fantastic—the shop technicians clearly do quality bodywork. However, how my file was initially handled on the administrative side was very frustrating. What should have been a quick 1-week job turned into a full month of waiting. The advisor originally handling my case went ahead and finished the repairs before getting approval from the third-party insurance company.
