GREAT service. GT Campbell was recommended to me, and they were great. Thomas came twice. Once to repair a water leak and once to repair a shower. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He took his time to talk to me and wasn't rushed. Would highly recommend. They are a family business.
Had Thomas Campbell out to flush my hot water heater, evaluate my sump pump, and look at my anode rod. From start to finish he was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Pricing was upfront before any work started and he quoted me on a few other items I needed done without any pressure whatsoever. On the water heater, the anode rod was seized and would not loosen so Thomas made the call to leave it rather than risk damaging the tank.
