I went to get my car inspected and they informed me my tires would need replacing really soon. They gave me an estimate right on the spot. I was worried it was going to take hours to get done so I scheduled an appointment and got in right as they opened. It took just over an hour and they gave me a coupon for a free coffee at Wake Coffee next door! The staff were so friendly and efficient! I’d go to them again in a heart beat!
I had a great experience at GT Automotive Center. After getting a flat tire, I brought my car here because it was close by, and I’m so glad I did. The team immediately helped me and quickly ordered the replacement tire. During their inspection, they noticed that two other tires were on the verge of failing. Harry and staff were very helpful and upfront about what my car needed to run safely. If you want good service and for your car to run safely, this is the place to go. They don’t just do the bare minimum and send you on your way. I will only take my car to GT.
