Outstanding Service at GT Automotive I brought my 2016 BMW 3 Series to BMW in Morristown, NJ after diagnostics indicated it needed a new Valvetronic servomotor along with the associated parts, gaskets, and valves. Todd is a VW Guru. I had an issue with my throttle body and my mechanic recommended me to him because it may be an electrical problem. The moment my car was in his hands he went to work. Full diagnosis of the car, ran every scenario and took it very a test drive up to 25 miles and viola! My car is normal again. Highly recommend Todd if you have a VW/Audi, he is honest, great communication and does a better job than dealership. This review alone should not give you any hesitation! Todd and Nata are Audi/VW savants. They brought my Q7 TDI back to life after two Audi dealerships had pronounced it DOA and in need of a new motor. At 140,000 miles I’ve still got the same motor…but better/smarter mechanics taking care of my car.
