The company has been bought out. The new owner is shady and threw a punch at me after I questioned the $130 diagnostic "fee" that was supposed to be added to the balance I owed. It's not just the owner. The front desk clerk is very unprofessional, she lied to me several times, and she eventually hung up on me when I asked if they were under new management. How is this place still in business? Oh yeah that's right, the owner/crook used to be a service writer for Lakeside Toyota. Obviously they get a kickback for sending people to this crook. I brought in my own parts which were all OEM parts from the stealership. It was roughly $1,700 in parts. Greg, the crooked owner charged me an additional almost $2000 to change a timing belt, water pump and valve cover gaskets. He did a terrible job. He misplaced parts that he insisted were necessary.
