I was visiting Bundaberg for the day from Rockhampton to pick something up and my serpentine belt failed. Leaving me with no power steering, air con etc. After getting my car towed to the amazing people at G & T Auto at 3:30 in the afternoon they managed to get the belt replaced and have me on my way back to Rocky by 5pm. I can’t thank them enough for helping me out so quickly. To anyone looking for a mechanic in Bundaberg I highly recommend these guys

I take it back. They broke my car, said they woke and electrical gremlin, said bring it back to fix what their mechanic broke, didn't fix it again, refused to fix the problem they created and were going to charge me to fix it. After working on and breaking my car, charging to much with parts supplied they told me they weren't real good with that brand of car. I Still have a broken car and still they won't fix it for free. I used to go here all the time, never again. All this for a simple wheel bearing.

Friendly staff. Upfront and honest. They gave me a full itemised account of what was done for my service. Things checked, fixed, serviced and things to keep an eye on. My battery showed as being low. They do not sell car batteries. The staff member also suggested places like Autobahn or Battery World. This tells me that the information on my receipt was true. Price was awesome. Definitely recommend

Booked car in to have specific works done. Was called and told about another issue which we asked to deal with later. The specific item we asked to be replaced wasn’t and when asked why not I received nothing but attitude from the person on the other end. We intended to deal with the little issues the car had as we went. But this experience has assured me that we won’t be going back there.

Would not recommend this mechanic at all my whole experience with them has been very disappointing from the start Took my car in to get checked out only to pick it up with more problems than it had when it went in with no ownership to problem .......Had an engine rebuilt was in their shop for 3 to 4 months to never hear a word about progress from them unless I rang and even then was met with unprofessionalism and rude attitude from front desk to the point where family members were even called inappropriate names
