Absolutely horrendous customer service. They knowingly sell parts that are out of stock. After calling 8 times within a month each time they tried to fob me off to the "online orders" area asking me to email them. The same person on the phone would then email me. Promised return calls, zero solutions provided for a part they still advertise however don't have in stock. Do not buy from these scammers!
Over the phone service was great. Nice to talk with someone who knew Jeeps and the parts to put in them. Delivery was prompt. My response has been slow because I could not get the part installed for 5 weeks as I was overseas. The part (clockspring and angle sensor) was plug and play unlike the previous one I recieved from a different vendor. Overall very pleased.
Fast and easy service at a great price. Really happy with the quality of the part and it only took a couple of days to be delivered. Will definitely use them again.
