Why you should not hire this company!!! Read this before you dial... Habberjam acquired GT Mechanical about 2 yrs ago which we have been customers for over 12 years for annual service on our furnaces, Hvac etc. Habberjam Mechanical has disappeared in Kelowna, no one answers the phone, if your lucky you'll get an opportunity to leave a message, however when you do leave a message no one calls you back, repeatedly. They installed an A/C unit, hot water on demand, and humidifier. Humidifier was not working and turned on. When turned on it coded out. Had them out to fix it on several occasions but they didn’t. Their solution was to leave it shut off, not fix it, not say anything and walk away. Very unprofessional, very poor customer service. Very disappointed
