Nathan and Col at GSW are what John Deere Service was built on 20 yrs ago when I bought my first JD ( it’s still going and my tractor never misses a beat). Reputation, product knowledge and service. My ride on was out of warranty by a few months and I drove it in to the workshop and while Col was showing me the best way to level the cutting deck I walked back out to my trailer and Nathan had replaced the part already and I was free to go..
