Shout out to Col & his team. Took in my old line trimmer which was not starting. Unsure whether it was able to be fixed or would need to be replaced. They listened to my problem and were able to get the line trimmer working. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Thank you very much.
Nathan and Col at GSW are what John Deere Service was built on 20 yrs ago when I bought my first JD ( it’s still going and my tractor never misses a beat). Reputation, product knowledge and service. My ride on was out of warranty by a few months and I drove it in to the workshop and while Col was showing me the best way to level the cutting deck I walked back out to my trailer and Nathan had replaced the part already and I was free to go..
