Very slow loaded don’t come here
Great place and people, I've been coming here for the last 6 years and never had an issue. The only slightly annoying thing is determining which shipping office to go to but never the less that is the only thing I can even consider as a complaint. Both offices have clean restrooms for drivers to use and it's very easy to get it. You can come in from Cedar Rapids from two roads ( 151 or Edgewood ) and the same from I-80 or Iowa City/Coralville either Edgewood as listed above or via US-6 from Iowa City/Tiffin or I-80 via Amana... read more
This place sucks. No one knows how to load a trailer here. Got here at 11:30a for 12:30 appointment. Got into a ðck right away, and got loaded at 2pm. I knew I was not loaded properly and told TWO people, but oh they didn't care and told me to come back at 7am. They close at 3pm and the closest scale is about 30 minutes away. Is it just me or are these warehouses getting worse at knowing how to load? 🤔 This is like the 3rd or 4th time in the last 2 weeks that I've been held up by shippers. Very bad experience, both ladies at shipping super rude and unprofessional. Rejected my well cleaned trailer just to hide their product delay. Wasted whole day . Avoid them or come with polished trailer from inside
