We are a hardcore training facility for Bodybuilding and Powerlifting. Everyone is welcome and we promote a family atmosphere where we help each other succeed as a team, drop your ego at the door, train don’t just work out, loud music, chalk, grunt if you want and beat your last PR!!! We are an old school gym for those who take the gym serious! We are Gstandard we are the PNW Mecca of Bodybuilding!

Talked to the owner and he let me and my friends come at like 12 AM easy. It was pretty empty and the music was on point. It was super clean and no weights misplaced. 10/10 will be my go to gym now.
Great, private gym. Door code access, weights up to 200lb dumbbells, massive weight stacks on machines, tonnes of free weights and heavy duty machines that are well maintained and clean. Serious lifters only - chalk, loud noises, and people grinding out their physiques.
