Lisa Seguin was very unprofessional to deal with. She has little knowledge of the product or the customer service needed to complete tasks in a timely manor. She was very rude and condescending to deal with. Trying to get her to resolve the matter was not a priority for her. She chose to ignore the situation and not be overly concerned regardless of the issue at hand. I would not deal with her negativity or this company. Her lack of concern for others shows her character and the integrity of the company she represents.
