Bought a box of bird formula to feed a galah we rescued yesterday, arrived home only to find the use by date is a couple of months over. No problem drove all the way back to swap it and she gave us another brand and said theres no use by date on this stuff it never goes Off. I checked the use by date and they have blacked it out with a black Niko pen. Okay so I go to the vet across the street and get a good pack still in date so we go back for a refund and she says oh no sorry all I can give you is a store credit..! Never go... read more

Wouldn’t trust them for expert advice. Recommending rabbits as a children’s gift and on top of that to live in a small hutch as well. Gross
