Rented a tractor and trailer (doesn’t come with it fyi) this weekend. Guy helped me load it and get it hooked up. Used it for working on gravel driveway with box scraper. Equipment was great with no issues. Return this morning was quick and easy. Customer service and equipment all get 5 stars.

Rented a dump trailer...in and out in good time. Trailer was in good shape and worked well. Office staff was friendly and helpful. Overall good experience

As a commercial window cleaner in the greater puget sound area, over many years, i have used a number of equipment rental services. I will use and highly recommend GSR RENTALS, it is rare to find a service that will go above and beyond to please their customers as they do.

Fantastic shop. Good customer service. Equipment is high quality (maybe a little love needed, but nothing broken) Price is comparable (what you'd expect, but not outrageous) Very understanding/kind. (My problems, not there's, and they just rolled with it) Other than a sucky parking brake, and maybe an extra gallon of fuel missing when I picked up (2nd time this has happened) ; you can't ask for much better. Even humored my curiosity on purchasing similar equipment outright.
