This place is not safe to store your personal items. The contents of our unit was all covered in mold after being stored over the summer. The owner seems to think this is just normal, but the mold clearly was coming from the items getting wet sitting on the slab inside the unit. I believe the site does not drain and water flows into the units under heavy rains.
