Had a reservation with them. Went to pick up the car, they told me they could not see my reservation, then my reservation was after 2pm on the same day, they corrected themself as my reservation was not after 2pm on same day but they still didn't give me a car because I don't have adequate auto insurance. I showed them I had a full coverage third party insurance and still didn't get a car. The process took an hour. Had to call my ride back to pick me up. Found out today that my husband is permanently banned from renting through GSP due to speeding while using one of their rental cars. What?!?! Either throttle the speed on vehicles at 80mph, inform customers verbally of the policy upon vehicle pickup, or offer a warning (or something… anything). But to permanently ban a frequent customer who was unaware of this policy? C’mon now.
