Gsp is such a failure. They’ve hired a man to manage a mobile home village and he acts like a tyrant. FRAN EALY!!!! Not only that he’s married to his 1st cousin (who is okay with having an inbred manage your park? GSP Management's Northview Estates community manager harasses the residents who own the older trailers until they move the trailers out or abandon them to be demolished. We pay our land lease on time and in full each month, keep our trailer and lawn in good repair and even mow our neighbors' lawns when they are ill or without a lawn mower. We cleared the brush and trash dump that management allowed to overflow onto our property line. They raise our lot rent every year and give nothing back for it. They don't listen to complaints and don't enforce park rules. Local office manager says they never call her back when she calls with complaints. Supposedly, not allowed to contact them directly. They've been called slumlords by media.
