GSOFit is a special CrossFit gym with a welcoming and encouraging community. Everyone is focused on helping and celebrating each other as they strive towards their individual goals. The coaches are extremely knowledgable and personable. When I started, I couldn't do a push up and now I'm routinely doing things I never thought I'd be able to. Couldn't reccommend more.
Absolutely fantastic crossfit gym. I've been a member here for around 6 months and have seen several improvements of my overall physique since I started. You'll do several movements that work on each of your strength endurance, heavy lifting, and cardio. They also use some gymnastics movements to get you moving. Great place to work out, and they take silver sneakers for seniors.
Great gym and equally good coaches. They meet you at your skill/ strength levels when you start but still keep the intensity high enough to keep you engaged. My teenage daughter loves her time at GSO fit and looks forward to her classes every evening. Absolutely recommend them.
