A huge thank you to all at GSM for the terrific service with my refrigerator. When our refrigerator went out we were on vacation. I trusted Stephen to come into our home and look at it. We decided that it was time to get a new one. Dan was very professional and went back to our residence to measure our space and be able to give me an estimate. Absolutely awful service Edit. Try calling me again. I'd love to share why I'll never recommend you.
So my next complaint is when they were installing an unit in a new house next to mine, they regularly parked they're vehicles in front of my house and even parked a trailer in front of my driveway. I had to leave for work and Noone was around, so I ended up driving thru my grass to leave for work...
Absolutely awful service
If I could give 10 out of 5 stars I would. They were very timely in getting me fit into their schedule. Super impressed with the gentleman that came out and replaced our sink and our two faucet. He did a great job installing everything and did a fantastic job cleaning up after he was done. DEFINITELY will be repeat customers! Thank you!!!!!!
