DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GSM Im surprised they have 4.5 star. I’d give them 0 if I could. I’m not one to write reviews, especially bad ones, but if you can avoid this business, please do. I called GSM to do a quote for me, so they simply reviewed the equipment at the house during an inspection period. When talking with them everyone seemed nice and everything went smoothly, however when billing came into play, everything was off. Troy and his team are fantastic!! Jumped in the shower the other day to freezing cold water. After looking for replacements, many companies told us a week out wait time. I Had a conversation with Troy. He was professional, straightforward and very clear around the process. He got our water heater fixed the same day. Straight up amazing service!! Not only did they fix it, but they also looked into our prior water heaters warranty and save this money. Fantastic company. I highly recommend!
GSM was incredible to work with! They are always highly recommended around town, so they were the first ones we called to scope a sewer line and quote work. They came in $8,000 below another company in the area, who quoted us work that didn't need to be done. GSM is honest, timely, and easy to work with.
