This dispatch group has no experience and do not know what they are doing, they send carriers in to pick up loads, a week later they are "broke down" and then tell us to send a truck and trailer to transload sealed product onto a new trailer as they will not deliver, why would you grab a load that you cannot deliver? Their communication is horrible and their work ethic/sense of urgency is non-existent. All they care about is making a quick buck off of each load and do not care how they get it.
