Called Elijah many times for an update. Kept saying, "Parts are on the way.". Doesn't call back. Had to keep calling him. Eventually just gave up.
The gentleman who answered the door was warm, inviting and made me feel like I was working with a nearby cousin. My mom's computer was not turning on for whatever reason, but he was able to sort it with relative ease. Offering options to put a new panel, which was more cosmetic than anything else. Between the drop off to pick up, it was smooth as silk. Highly recommended for people who have little to no idea of proper computer maintenance.
