GSI was used as a sub contractor when our pool was getting refinished. From day 1, I was concerned about the significant inconsistencies in the finish, white splotches, the foot print, and still visible trowel marks. I worked for almost 2 years to get this issue resolved and they have basically walked away. At one point the owner Allen visited the pool, I pointed out where the problems were and we agreed that they redo the pool to an upgraded finish and I would pay the delta between the finish costs (max $2000).
