Время загрузки было назначено на 11 дня , загрузили сразу как приехал в 9 часов утра . Есть паркинг через дорогу , там есть био туалет , в офисе регистрации рядом есть туалет , на территории есть место для тарповки груза .

The appointment times are 100% bs, and they schedule your delivery appointment too. Spent over 6 hours on loading. Was on time for appointment, on the dot, waited almost 4 hours to get pulled in. Then took another 3 hours to load and secure. Loaders are crabby, snobby, and have 0 communication skill with the driver on loading. All you'll get is " I've been doing this for year I know what I'm doing!". Don't have any dunnage on you trailer bed or they won't load you. Appt 7-am and called in to back at 12:00pm and leaving at 6 pm Shipping/receiving office lady is very nice offered called water, candy and clean washroom anytime BUT warehouse/shipper guys were on whole different level attitude. They think they’re god, place on pallet on trailer and laugh and talk for another 15 minutes. 6 hours cmon, they have excuses ready ( load isn’t ready yet) why guys need a appt time for. Dont book a driver if your load isn’t ready simple as that.

Very slow loading 😴 🙄 😒 Had an appointment for noon and, after 2 hours of waiting time in the yard, I am still waiting for them to come and let me know which dock I can have. Worst part is that they have 4 docks with no trucks to get loaded. 😲 I went back to the shipping office and I was told to wait for them to come and get me a dock #. Unbelievable... You have to slide your axles all the way to the back of your trailer. The good thing: they have a restroom you can use 😉.
