I wish there were more stars available! Troy and team really hooked me up the afternoon before a holiday weekend. Long story short, I had a failing hub on my daughter’s car and it was not safe to drive back to Columbia, SC. The team stayed late, found the parts and installed them so we could get her home Saturday. Can’t thank them or re immense them enough.
GSI is my go to shop when I need something one to any of my vehicles. Troy takes pride in his business, and makes sure that everything is done the way it should be.
Really happy with my experience. My Porsche needed new brakes and an oil change their Communication was clear and the service was quick! Everyone was friendly. Thank you!
We trusted GSI to repair our truck after an accident. It cost us $1,613.88 and at the time, we were pleased. But later our truck was having an issue, so we took it to GSI again. They said ( probably not remembering they were the ones who repaired our truck with new parts etc) that someone put in a wrong bolt. The repair came to 938.39 for us buying a new part (again) and labor. They confirmed the issue, but do not take responsibility for their mistake or warrant their labor. Great experience from the moment I first walked in for a diagnosis to the minute I walked out less than 24 hours later with thorough repair. Another repair shop had completely missed a cracked coolant reservoir and GSI immediately found it and got parts ordered in time for me to take a road trip for a family event. They were conscientious and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend to anyone and I will be back to fully trust them with my future repairs and maintenance.
