We had our furnace replaced in the dead of winter, and the experience was unacceptable. Rather than properly sizing the furnace for our home and existing ductwork, they installed a grossly oversized unit. This immediately created performance issues and ultimately required us to upgrade our duct system—an expense that was entirely avoidable and directly caused by their improper equipment selection. We have been very pleased with the experience of purchasing a new AC unit from GSHA. We were able to schedule an appointment for a free assessment easily and an agent—Peter--was at our house with in a couple days. This agent explained the options he felt would work well, based on our initial feedback--but never pushed us to purchase anything.
