wasted over 2 months of my time and several hundred dolllars due to mistakes that they admittedly made. Literally called me 3 hours before closing to say sorry, me made a mistake and can't do the loan we've been working on for over 2 months now we feel bad but too bad for you.... Went to a local credit union and saved literally thousands in closing costs, better interest rate and no hassles. Stay away!
By no money down they mean 9 grand of closing costs on a 100k house. Even though we have great credit and specifically mentioned we wanted to pay as little down as possible. Complete rip off. Said they keep 90 percent of their loans but two weeks after we close they sell the loan to someone else. This is probably the worst place you could get a mortgage at.

Where do I begin. I worked with Tad for 2 years and as he put it "to raise my credit score". So after all the gathering of documents for the preapproval process we got the the call we were ready to go. We spent weeks looking at homes and finally found one only to be told closing costs were $6500 and the best part was that he never sent anything in for preapproval. I saw a few posts for GSF Mortgage in Little Chute and reached out. Melissa answered very quickly and I did speak to her briefly about my situation and she took the time to answer all of my questions. I am not quite ready to buy yet, but when I am, I will be doing my application with her. She always takes time for my questions and that is difficult to find these days!
We recently did our loan application with Melissa. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and really took the time to thoroughly explain our credit situation and the home buying process to us! We were a little hesitant at 1st to even do an application and had followed the Facebook page for awhile but she made us feel very comfortable. I feel like we are a team with the same goal.
