Love training at GSD! It's such a friendly welcoming environment to train in and Colin is really supportive with both fitness and nutrition goals. Highly recommend GSD to anyone looking for a new place to train.
GSD performance is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to. Colin is so knowledgeable about nutrition and exercise but also spends a decent amount of time consulting everyone to make sure he understands your goals, how your body works and your lifestyle to develop programs that are going to get you the best results. Having done weights for years, joining GSD with Head Coach Col meant I had the expert creating an awesome program that had the right variety to focus on my strength & fitness The gym has a great sense of community with the coaches and crew, I highly recommend you come and give it a go!
Joining GSD only 6 months ago after being at a commercial gym, I have been able to reach many of my goals in such a short time here at GSD. I love how personalised the training can be, whether that’s if you’re a beginner or someone who has trained for many years. The coaches are very supportive and push you further than you think your capable off which you can’t get at a commercial gym. I will continue to recommend GSD to all my family and friends and can’t wait to see what the rest of the year has in store for me.
