Their truck didn’t have a tarp on the dumpster so metal was blowing out onto I-75. A piece hit my vehicle. When I called to tell them they had an unsafe vehicle on the road they were rude and said that Florida was a no fault state and said they weren’t responsible for any damage that might have been caused and refused to provide their insurance information. Unprofessional office staff . Lack of communication and lack of paperwork makes for very poor business practices . Beware , excessive monetary fee for cancelling the need for their delayed services! I understand a charge but theirs was excessive !!!! Do your research before using this company solely based on office experience. No info on field workers so I won’t comment but I’ve heard plenty of complaints from neighbors !! Maybe they took on too much with Hurricane Helene ??
