Avoid at All Costs – Shocking Experience Absolutely appalling 'service'. My vehicle was entrusted to this shop for repairs and I received it back in worse condition than when it went in. They installed faulty/defective parts and claimed it was an "improvement" because it resolved the initial issue—yet it led to a more serious, unrepairable problem. Excellent service. Franz is very helpful and informative with sound knowledge of what he’s doing and have the best possible solution for any issue with transmission. I took my vehicle in to GSA Engine & Transmission Specialists to check out my Nissan CVT "issue" - identified recently by another/non-associated Auto Service Outlet, only for Franz to find out very quickly that it was a completely different issue, with nothing to do with Transmission issues at all! Franz and his team procured all the required replacement materials and fixed the actual vehicle problem within just a few days - go the Franz Team, you are the BEST!!
