Very unprofessional. Trying to correct a problem was useless as "Heather" could care less!
The quality of the work is excellent and the value is reasonable. The owner’s invoice methods need updating and his customer interaction could be a little more professional. I kind of feel bad about how things went down over petty billing misunderstandings. Crumpled statements would be left in my mailbox and honestly were probably tossed out by accident. I have used Eric and his crews for 13 plus years. Cleaning my shop windows every 2 months Cleaning our new house windows. Clearing and cleaning our gutters and down spouts. This past spring was a major project that needed Eric's knowledge. Dig into my hillside and prepare for me to build my new storage shed. The over 100 ft. Of field drainage. Your guy cut me off and hit his brakes while I was trying to merge onto I-79. I kinda threw my left hand up like this 🤷♂️ because he saw that was going to pass him and he could’ve just waited till I passed to move over. But then he gave me the finger in his mirror. I didn’t honk my horn or flick him off back because I’ve seen those road rage videos and things can get out of hand pretty quickly.
