I called in November and talked to Eric. He stated that he would be out that Friday to give me a quote for window and gutter cleaning. He never showed up, never responded to my calls or text. I would give zero stars if I could.
Show up quickly, very professional, no extra charges and they explained what they found and did. Reasonable pricing. Thanks much!
Very unprofessional. Trying to correct a problem was useless as "Heather" could care less!
The quality of the work is excellent and the value is reasonable. The owner’s invoice methods need updating and his customer interaction could be a little more professional. I kind of feel bad about how things went down over petty billing misunderstandings. Crumpled statements would be left in my mailbox and honestly were probably tossed out by accident.
