Gavin is a literal lifesaver. If you see that written in his and his team’s reviews, believe it. Got rear ended, was stuck in limbo for 2 weeks with my car & an unresponsive repairer with a potential total loss. Called his man at 4pm. Within an hour he had my car reallocated, communicated the plan, and relieved 2 weeks of stress within 45 minutes.
