Great food and friendly service. I had the chicken Alfredo and asked for broccoli to be added and it was scrumptious!!!
They claim to be open and have online ordering but you can never get anyone to answer or their website to work. :(
We eat here at least once a week, but I will say were here enough to where unless there new, they already know our orders. And if there is any mistakes even with take outs they do fix it some how..great place!!!
The place would have a nice atmosphere if the seating arrangements didn't force the diners to sit on each others laps when G's is busy. The service staff is usually curt and and a little bit rude. The food is uninspired and bland. The pizza is subpar especially for the priced paid for said pizza. I would not recommend this place... ever.
I have never had a bad experience with G's! I have been to the Saginaw, East Tawas, Bay City and West Branch locations and have enjoyed many different items on their menu. The staff are always very friendly, yes they were new and things were a little rough but all in all a very good experience every time our family goes there!
The best pizza and food in Kalkaska, excellent customer service can't beat G's.
Was excited to try a new restaurant and quickly regretted it! I ordered the Southwest Wrap. We seen a total of 4 servers through the night, everything took forever, they all seemed clueless. Whatever who cares they are new not a big deal. 2 hours later.... Explosive Diarrhea, Throwing Up, Repeat for the next 2 days.... We ordered their Pub chip and Pizza. Chips ok I guess. The Pizza was very under cooked. I could stock my finger in the middle right after it came to the table to see just how cold and under cooked it was. The center was still raw dough. You should not be able to eat a slice of pizza or put your finger in the middle of it right when you get it with out burning your finger. The literal worst experience I've ever had in dining. The food took an hour and 20 minutes to be delivered for a small order. When it got here we took it and then found out none of it was our food. We called G's and they "promptly" sent out our food and an hour and 10 minutes later it arrived. First thing of note: no salad we paid for. The burgers were the epitome of tiny, lying on beat up white sandwich bread instead of any bun at all.
