5 stars for lovely Jackie, smiles, banter, and very expensive pair of bike jeans,, when i bought a motorbike instead. well informed throughout the transition from ordering to collection, and told that if iv any department issues, she is on hand to assist. i even got my jeans thrown to sweeten the deal.
Bought my triumph off gs Jackie couldn't of been more helpful very nice to deal with,more than I can say for the English fellow with glasses found him not interested at even looking at my bike and very abrupt with as I say no time for me ,but Jackie was very helpful showing me around different bikes until I got the one that suited me best,thank you,
Gs motorcycle now we’re do I start, first and foremost staff were very helpful as I came off a 2024 Yamaha tracer 9gt plus it was to big to get my leg over so I was looking something else to get on too , then I met this lovely lady Jackie who was 100 percent sound and guess what she. Genuinely the most awful after sales service I have ever encountered, continued fobbing off by the sales staff with no positive actions, has completely taken the joy away from my new bike.
