Bought quite a few bikes of GS, all in good faith of course as they are a REPUTABLE company,had serious issues with the last purchase( a few weeks ago)a gen 2 hayabusa 2014 with only 10k miles on it,the GOOD FAITH turned out to be BLIND FAITH, as I sold the bike on and new owner found both front and rear calipers to be SEIZED solid, spark plugs fouled as a result of fuel pump filter COMPLETELY CLOGGED , all brake rotor disc floaters SEIZED, OIL COOLER corroded to the point of disintergration, costing him well over 1k euro to... read more
Avoid Avoid Avoid . They sold a 2014 Suzuki hayabusa with less than 10k miles.. It was a death trap .everything sized or rusted beyond recognition. They did not accept any responsibility... the after sales manager (Ivan) said Not our Problem.. when I spoke to him.. the pics don't lie . Shame on GS Motorcycles you do not deserve bikers hard earned cash.
This is the place where I bought my first real motorbike, the intruder 800m, a real beauty, but that was 15 years ago, and I'm looking for a change. The staff are brilliant, Pete, who a really genuine fella, is worth chatting with, as he is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. From the Indian motorcycle to trade in, he's the man. 5 stars for lovely Jackie, smiles, banter, and very expensive pair of bike jeans,, when i bought a motorbike instead. well informed throughout the transition from ordering to collection, and told that if iv any department issues, she is on hand to assist. i even got my jeans thrown to sweeten the deal.
