We found mold in the garage of a house we were in the process of buying in Montclair NJ, and the appraiser required it to the fixed before finalizing the mortgage. We then reached out to GS mold solutions through thumbtack; they did first a free estimate, gave us different options to remedy the issue, provided flexible timing on the execution and were very patient with all the bureaucracy around the real estate purchasing agreement… we hired them and couldnt be happier w the work! I added a photo of the before and after.
